I enjoy thinking outside the box to fix the customer's issue and hearing the light turn on when the customer understands now. I struggle with not seeing what they are actually doing when trying to fix something such as setting up an I-tunes account."

"The work environment is very relaxed and stress free. The people are kind and willing to help. The company vision and the culture of the company is great."

"They are very easy going and personable people. The company environment is very relaxed but everyone takes their work seriously."
What don't you like about working at Easton-Bell Sports?
"Strict hours. I don't like the work I have to do-- it's very dry and I'm not passionate about it. I don't see a potential for growth here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is doing a great job. They have the company figured out. Many people are happy here for a long time-- I just don't fit as well. I can come here and do my work adequately but I don't see myself shining here. It's not bringing out the best of me. I think there are a couple extra bodies in positions that don't need to be there."
