"When interviewing be positive and a team player. Dress casual nice. Don't go over the top, no piercing, etc. Definitely do NOT wear a hat in to the interview and be polite."

"Everything else. The software was horribly crippled and there was absolutely NO leadership in the company."

"Priorities will depend on the location, the department and the job you are going for. Do your homework."

"24/7 commitment. Lack of clear, consistent, clearly articulated corporate vision. Lack of coordination and communication between departments. Limited paths for advancement."

"Improve strategic planning and definition of overall corporate direction (PLAN). Improve communication of vision and key plan elements to all departments/levels within the company. Additionally, improve communications between departments--especially regarding progress toward overall corporate goals. Invest in human talent"

What do you like about working at VBP Outsourcing?
"VBP is a very fun, interactive place to work. There are certain liberties like listening to music that I enjoy very much. I also get to work with international clients which is exciting."
What don't you like about working at VBP Outsourcing?
"There is little to none direction at VBP from upper management. There is also a subpar benefits package. There is also a lot of turnover."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My only suggestion to management would be to have more direction with its employees and there probably wouldn't be a lot of turnover"

"Ask about what is involved to launch a product or program. How long and who do you need to work with as a group."

"It was difficult to execute a project in a timely fashion, as there were many processes that were required for approval."

"I was working with a former boss on a new product line - partygoods. I was able to work with previous and new vendors and be creative on my own designs for the product line as well."

"Make sure you check over ever small detail that you can think of - reasonable hours, people you are working with (how long have they been at the company), salary, anything."
What don't you like about working at Kittrich?
"The distance was quite far, and there was not cooperation or flexibity from upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The most common suggestion would be to listen to what employees have to say. Due to this, at this time, there is no one left at the company that I knew except for 3 or 4 people out of about 75."

"Manager doesn't care about his employees; he expects everybody to bow down to him. If you don't drop everything the instant he asks you to do something, he accuses you of ignoring him."
