What do you like about working at Inductors?

"I loved the people and the atmosphere. When I started it was a great place to work, very creative, fun, exciting, inspiring, and nurturing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I absolutely adore the owners. They are great people with big hearts. Even the people running the company are great people. I just think they should be running it. It is not stable right now, at least from everything I have heard. The owners are off on new ventures and others are trying to keep the business a float. I hope in the future it is a sure thing ang back to being a great place to work, but right now... I am just not so sure."

What don't you like about working at Inductors?

"As the years went by the business started to dry up. Money was tight, the owners because pretty much invisible, and the new management did not have a clue what to do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire competent people at a fair salary, trust them to do their job, listen to your customers and staff, don't jump to conclusions when there is not enough evidence to support then, and finally, don't bend rules and mislead your customers to make a buck. I don't care if the entire industry is doing it. It's flat out wrong."
