What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?
"Indus Net Technologies is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The company conducts quality training sessions on a regular basis that helps the employees learn and hone up their professional skills. Indus Net has got a politics-free work environment that motivates employees to be more productive. Apart from these, this MNC allows to work in flexible working hours and recognises real talents through their on-spot award initiative."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Anyone who wants to be a part of this company must ensure that he/she has got good knowledge about the domain he/she wants to build a career in."
What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?
"If I have to talk about the flip side of what I have mentioned above, the first thing that comes to my mind is that we have to work on both Saturdays every month. The project incentive and bonus offered by the company is a bit low as well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management at Indus Net is quite supportive and always takes care of employee issues. The sole advise to the management team is that it would be great is they can continue motivating the employees with different team building events and rewards and recognitions like they do now."

"My relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with their business decisions."

"Stay away until they settle the ACS acquisition and show signs of increased profit and growth."
What don't you like about working at Xerox?
"They had a huge backorder situation last year, trying to keep a minimum inventory, so I lost a lot of supply sales since I could not deliver as needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more flexible with the Process Improvement Program."
