"Don't be afraid to ask questions or to ask for specifics on how to approach projects."

"Very little guidance at times when it was needed on projects. Projects were often completed last-minute instead of planning ahead for a deadline in advance."

"More frequent reviews and more concise, in-depth discussions of project details and expectations."

"Lack of leadership. My CEO and CFO have too many investments that our company (PIVOD Systems) falls off their radar and my work is affected."

"People not understanding Marketing and refusing to learn and realize how our metrics/structure works"

"Have faith in the team you hire - they have been doing this for a long time and come with tons of skills that are important to the job. Not everyone can do marketing - it is a learned and practiced position."

"Boss takes away task if you have questions. Thinks that without explaining you can make the task. Big micromanager."

"The company is completely grant funded it is uncertain if the company will make it to 2013"

"I don't believe that there is much more that can be changed at the moment. The company is growing although being grant funded things financially are always up in the air."

"If you are looking for a place to work in the Monterey area and don't mind the minor kinks with a new inexperienced company, then give them a shot."

"It was ran too inefficiently and often caused work to stop for days, which effected my pay."

"They just need a few more years of experience in managing employees."

"Because of vast growth in the last few years there is necessary restructuring going on that can make forward motion on project difficult from time to time."

"I would encourage more social media intigration in marketing, and improve internal moral by organizing events or opporunities for staff, partners, associates and all other employees on a more frequent basis. I would also look into some more community service intiatives, seeing how we can give even more back to our local community than we already do!"

"They are a fast growing company with 2 very strong bosses that have constantly shifting priorities."

"Examine the resposibilites of the corporate office staff and re-align. Also find corporate offices rather than moving from model to model as they sell."
