"Have been presented with the opportunity to work directly with executives of a major automotive conglomerate and learning from them."

"Do not work for them unless you have no education, no drive, and you do not want a challenge; the company will be perfect for you."
What don't you like about working at QEK?
"The management is absolutely terrible. They do not value people and their abilities. Most are treated like they are insigificant to the organization. Education has zero value to the company. You are only told when you haven't done something right, otherwise, no comments at all. Lacks moral and humanity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions would be to take a HR class and understand what management means and the duties that go along with it. Talk to employees, there is a lot of time spend at work. Be flexible as the job is not a 9-5 as situations arise all of the time. Give reviews and award with raises."
