"Ignore bonus structure. It doesn't realistically count as pay. It's not incentive, it's a way to punish employees."

"Job is dependent on what you bring in for the company."

"Trust their employees, which they don't because the attitude is 'what have you done'."

"It is very laid back and I get an assignment and can just run with it on my own."

"This company is pretty much just hiring Loan Officers right now as the marketing department is being eliminated."

"The Mortgage business is boring and I do a lot of the same type of graphic design for ads and websites."

"The branch manager needs to attend more of the marketing events to show his support."

"My job has changed to the point where I hardly recognize it. I spend only 1/3 of my day doing the job that I was hired to do. I feel that management is drawing at straws and not aligning the work correctly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would confront issues and people head on. I would allow and encourage innovation. I would hire the brightest and the best, regardless of whether they were perceived as smarter or more sophisticated than me. A great leader surrounds him or herself with great people. I would also hire a more diverse workforce to draw from a greater talent pool."

"It is laid back yet high-stress at the same time. There is always something new going on and a new show to prep for."

"Be well rounded and willing to step in wherever needed. Flexibility is the key."

"I never had a clear definition of who my boss was and who I reported to. The communication between boss and subordinate was awful."

"I would improve the communication level because as of right now it is basically non existent"

"Our team is small and dedicated. We don't participate in many of the KW corporate events though."

"You must be a self-starting individual with discipline and have a strong will to get ahead without someone breathing down your neck to get it done."

"I'm an independent contractor, unfortunately, and part-time, so I have no benefits. The team is stubborn and some people can be petty."

"I'm not familiar with the CEO of KW corporate, but our team leader could be more open minded about cost-effective and technologically superior solutions."

"I liked learning about the soup business...it was very interesting. The peopke that I met as far as potential customers and vendors. It seemed to be a very unique industry."
What don't you like about working at Bayou Sisters?
"I didn't like that there was so much uncertainty. it was a new company that was trying to get off the ground after relocating from LA due to the hurrican."

"Management actually handled things pretty well. I don't know if I would have any suggestions if the company was still in business."
