Submit a Review"It took me some getting used to, as this is essentially a relationship management position. You need to be comfortable dealing with people and taking their grief. Since the customer is "always right" there are days where you have to dig deep to find a way to relate to your customer and make sure they are happy, satisfied, and basically do whatever it takes for the company to maintain its relationship and get/maintain the sale."

"It is very tough to handle marketing pressure these days, but working with trade4target for more than 9 years I suggest everybody to be a part of trade4target. Company effective 3 levels of Managers which includes Management, Senior Leadership Team and Department Leaders, which makes it close to 30 people."

"have a weekly plan to stay organized and focused because that will help you prepare. having a report helps productivity."

"can't think of anything. Maybe just the room to grow"

"having one person in charge of each department and not few people supervising and offering different opinions to the employees"

"The appreciation shown by the family's of the patients, as well as their doctor's and nurses."

"It is a very rewarding industry as far as appreciation by families and patients, but it is also very tough because you are dealing with terminally ill patients."
What don't you like about working at Amedisys?
"There was no one else to help with the marketing effort and those in marketing above me were not always available if I needed assistance or help. They did not visit the market much and thought they knew more about the market than any of the RNs or other staff in the office."

"Take into consideration every aspect of the employee's job and really take time to listen to them and do everything you can to help them succeed."

"No direction. Many employees were laid off and now a couple of us do the work that ten used to do. Also, no reviews or bonuses."
