"The data I collect can become very repetitive and the work itself can become tedious but I really enjoy studying consumer behavior and conducting research in this area. I love the fact that I am my own boss and can conduct business in a fashion to which I am comfortable in."
"My line of work is exciting, I'm basically in Sales in which I have formaer experience in but I'm in a lower pressure pressure environment. I get to talk to people of all kinds and my salary is rerwarding as well for doing so. I'm looking forward to making an even larger yearly salary for what I love to do."
What do you like about working at CTC Global?
"Being able to work closely with to the Director of Strategy closely and having the autonomy to take initiatives in projects."

"Before interviewing, be sure to identify your career interest and evaluate your existing skills. Match the required skills and knowledge on the job post with those of yours and do not hesitate to reach out to professionals to learn more about the position and company culture."
What don't you like about working at CTC Global?
"I enjoy every moment working for the company, but I would desire more career training and development from the company. In particular, I value career opportunities and growing within the company, so training is essential to help me reach my goals."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since the company is in the transmission industry and put more emphasis on the engineering of products,I would suggest expanding the current Marketing/PR department to keep customers updated about company activities."

"it was a very easy job to do. All you did was get people to take surveys, and everything was computer generated"

"I don't think it's a job for everyone. Make sure you research the job for which you are applying."
What don't you like about working at The TMR Group?
"it was too much of a mindless job for me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't really know that my managers could have done anything different. They were very good at their jobs. The industry itself just was not for me."

What do you like about working at Integrated Marketing Services?
"There was a real opportunity to innovate the industry of marketing and demo."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The HR department is good at hiring people for demo positions. However, they are not educated in the needs of internal positions. So its more of a luck of the draw. As in with most companies (which is necessarily bad), its not your interview skills but more of who you know."
What don't you like about working at Integrated Marketing Services?
"A large majority of co-worker dissatisfaction. Which can be contagious."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Two things: 1) Make sure the client reps/sales don't over promise to the clients. The best answer can always be I don't know but I will find out. 2) The meetings were always planned to be fun, but often over the average persons attention span. In addition to including the right personnel for certain meetings."
What do you like about working at FirstComp Insurance?
"I am no longer working there but I got along with co-workers great and it provided me with a lot of sales experience."
What don't you like about working at FirstComp Insurance?
"There was not much opportunity for advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Micro manage less."

What do you like about working at Ajinomoto?
"Opportunity to learn about food industry, marketing, marketing and sale budget, sale skills, loggistic procedure, contract agreement, creating sample package, and negotiation skills."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I am not sure about this."
What don't you like about working at Ajinomoto?
"It was a very traditional Japanese company and it did not really practice American business laws and regulations. I also needed to work with most of adminitrative job duties."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I tried to explain to them that they need to improve the products' packages, markeiting language, and business style."
