"Offer story telling or narrative type examples of situations in which you've had a problem or conflict with a patient, physician, non English speaking person while on the job and how you resolved it.Tell employers what you can do for THEIR company as opposed to what you did with you previous employer.Dress sharp, business casual. Smile. Sit up straight. Arrive with hard copy of updated resume. Arrive on time and be prepared for changes, surprises with interview process, i.e. prepare to interview with a panel rather than single recruiter, prepare to reschedule as recruiters are human and sometimes encounter schedule conflicts."

"I enjoyed the fast pace as well as caring for the many post orthopedic surgical procedures -- most of which were secondary to traumatic events such as Motor Vehicle Accidents and of course the unfortunate complication of diabetes."
