"I've worked for M&M for 4 months. Unfortunately the pandemic has not helped. It's a great company however being on a commission based salary is not helpful when you have a family of 4 and starting a new industry."
"M and M is a great brokerage house to work for, that provides an excellent training program and exposure to the real estate business. The negatives however outweigh the positives in that the compensation is not competitive and the mentoring program is not as supportive as it is dictated."
