"I've worked for Marcus and Millichap for 6 months. The corporate office is generally very chill and lax. The dress code is pretty casual and people are overall pretty motivated to get work done. Most departments are 15-30 people. The marketing department is especially growing (only 2 years old)."
"A good company with a lot of highly-driven individuals."
"The mortgage management cheated me out of the standard referral fee."
"There was great training but lack of mentorship involved in the office I was part of."
"M and M is a great brokerage house to work for, that provides an excellent training program and exposure to the real estate business. The negatives however outweigh the positives in that the compensation is not competitive and the mentoring program is not as supportive as it is dictated."
