"I do not like the dirty and hot environment, the machinery is hot and difficult to work on in the extreme temperatures."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a set time frame where you can produce the products that need to be made leaving time for machinery shut downs to prevent catastrophic failures. Become procative in repairs not reactive."
