Submit a Review"Day-to-day work feels menial and is a constant uphill battle. This job has absolutely no reward to it. You are doing a good job when no one notices anything wrong, not when you accomplish something. Even if you do accomplish something, it's fixing a problem. Which everyone thinks is your fault to begin with anyway. Not mentally challenging at all. I never once left work thinking that the day was hard because I couldn't figure out the problem and how to solve it."

"I like the profile of the company (medical devices) and the people that I work with."

"Yes, tell the interviewer that you know whatever you know for real; don't make it up."
What don't you like about working at OmniGuide?
"I like the fact that here is no pressure and it is maintained consistently a friendly environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be more aggressive on sales and more careful in spending."
