"Day-to-day work feels menial and is a constant uphill battle. This job has absolutely no reward to it. You are doing a good job when no one notices anything wrong, not when you accomplish something. Even if you do accomplish something, it's fixing a problem. Which everyone thinks is your fault to begin with anyway. Not mentally challenging at all. I never once left work thinking that the day was hard because I couldn't figure out the problem and how to solve it."
