"They encouraged both personal and profesional growth and encoraged everyone to be involved. It was a high working for them, because they did not understand the meaning of failure."

"Make sure that everything is clearly spelled out before an offer is accepted. They are extremely fair and work hard to help their people suceed."

What don't you like about working at ManpowerGroup?

"I felt they were loose with cost controls and their was lax control of travel. The company was overly political and often the most talented were not promoted."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, because they do course correct every 3-5 years."
