"I have worked for Manpower Professional since 2011 and it has been pretty good so far, save for a few issues. I did not get any paid time off nor any vacation days during this contract. Too often, the communication is very vague as well."

"I love every thing that I do at my job. Its just that I am a temp"

"Only go on a interview if they are hiring for the company not for a temp job"

What don't you like about working at ManpowerGroup?

"I work for a temp company that has no benefitts so I can never take a day off or go on vaction."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That they should hire more people insted of having them as a temp for years on end"

"The flexibility of schedule and ability to work from home."

"Nothing to suggest at this time, each department is different as each office."

What don't you like about working at ManpowerGroup?

"The distance to drive to and from work and currently being micro-managed by new supervisor since reorganization."

"Manpower was very helpful but they had not control what kind of jobs that they get, which makes things very hard."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Always be helpfull and go with an attitude of doing anything and working anything, the key to get jobs at manpower is to do a good job and have perfect attendance. I would advise everyone to understand that this is a temp agency the jobs are not going to be fun and great, they will be hard work and for a short time. That does cause stress so its better to prepare yourself before taking this direction."

"nothing they have been very helpful and nice towards me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better salary for temp employees, cant have companies pay so low just because we are temps."

"HP is a good company to work for if you can get hired full time, which they don't do, which is a drawback, it's sort of wasting your time until you find a permanent job."

"Highly political environment with wide gaps in salary classes. Continuing to offshore jobs. Talk about transparency doesn't meet reality of actions. Too many VPs and not enough people actually doing the work. Raises don't exist"

"Large company that is top 5 globally in staffing world. Ask questions about stability, especially for positions within the virtual recruiting team for MGS"

What don't you like about working at ManpowerGroup?

"Lack of virtual recruiting projects, not stable employment, very little communication"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't hire 80 recruiting consultants across the US for virtual project recruiting work and have little or no work available. Poor planning when this program was started back in 2012"
