"I have worked for Purolator for many years. The company recently was bought out by Mann+Hummel and has started to go down hill as they expand the workforce. Anyone looking to follow along and not have their own ideas would be a great fit. Those with experience that are used to being creative, would not do well. Overall not a bad company, just a company that is so focused and driven, there is no room for any other ideas but their own."
