3.9I'm newer to the Mangrove family but I'm glad I made the decision to move to a small business company. Previously working at a larger company, I felt like just a number but here at Mangrove, I feel like I have control over my own success and I always can go to my manager for guidance or for ideas on how to improve a process. My manager shows her appreciation for the work I do. We have our benefits division here in IL, with a few employees working remotely out of our HQ in Tampa FL. With the exception of a few complainers that don't realize how lucky they are to work here, everyone else works great together and collaborates on how to improve our team. The mgmt team is open to our ideas on how we can grow and become better than our competitors, but we know it can be hard to make those ideas a reality with their heavy workload.
4Again, with it being a small company, they're not going to pay as high as the large companies. But the benefits and incentive bonus I receive really make up for what I'd be making elsewhere.
4.2Try to pass projects on to your staff instead of keeping a lot of the workload. This will allow you the time to manage and it will give us the opportunity to show that you can trust us.
