"I do not like the down time after the tax season and the fact that I have to ask for more work everyday."

"Go over the top in your enthusiam. Not quite sure what they really wanted."

"The OA was scared of her own shadow and bowed to excentric attorneys who thought they were mini-gods, instead of really seeing what was going on.n Staff made to be the fall guy for atty mistakes or errors. And they overbills the poor clients for work that really isn't done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the OA. She is a poor excuse of an OA, but they attys like her, because she bows to their ever whim."

"They have good people (mgr and below), good pay rate."

"it was a long commute for me, there seemed to be some internal politics/culture issues"

"I would suggest looking at the bigger picture then the opnions of those those complain all the time."
