"The salary is very low, the CEO is very eccentric, makes emotional decisions, and fosters an intimidating work atmosphere. Extremely high employee turnaround."

"Make certain to ask about plans for company growth or downsizing -- and where you can expect to fit into each of those scenarios."

"The corporate knee-jerk reaction to monthly -- and quite often more frequent than that -- financial reports that often resulted in our hands being tied in our pursuit and presentation of the news and all too often resulted in staff reductions."

"Refrain from damaging the product whenever cost reductions are sought. Rather, increase pressure on revenue-producing divisions."
