"Diversity and varying challenges that were presented at a wide variety of client engagements."

"some times the extensive travel was wearing - it would have been nice to work locally for awhile."

"remember the people that are engaged at the client sites - we make YOUR MONEY. not the back office administrative (HR) people. compensate the guy on the road better."

"Organizational disarray. Many consultants, very few managers. Too many people trying to pass the blame on others when things go wrong."

"Relook at how the company is organized, and those who are in senior manager positions."
