"I really do not enjoy this type of work. The environment is hostile and upper management does not value their lower level managers."

"No, do not work for this company unless you really need the money. The playing field is not leveled and work is always left on the table. This job only benefits upper management."

"I don't like that Walgreens is very dishonest when it comes to the way they promote their managers. Many great managers are overlooked because Walgreens does not have an adequate system in place to promote the right person for the job."

"Promote the person most qualified for the position and not the most verbal or vocal candidate."

What do you like about working at IBM?
"There are some great, dedicated, helpful people at IBM. Sadly, they are abused daily by their employer."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're a new grad, join them, get IBM on your CV, but leave after 2 years. Then go work for Microsoft or similar. They'll pay you more and appreciate you. If you're an experienced professional - steer clear. The salary you start on will not change greatly (if at all) for many years. You will have zero job security, zero work-life balance, you'll grow to hate your job. If you're married, get ready for divorce."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"The culture is one of fear. You have to work longer than the next guy (for free) or you get a relatively low contributor grade and ultimately lose your job. The pay raises are next to non-existent. The appraisal system is an unjust joke. The senior leadership are just focused on the EPS and share price, which hugely benefits themselves (strangely)! IBM is a bureaucratic quagmire. The whole company runs on spreadsheets, all of them out of sync, it seems. The constant focus is on off-shoring and cost cutting. Quality has gone. Service has gone. Morale is in the toilet."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do this once great company a favor and Leave. Employees receive scant reward for their slave labor. I would like IBM to limit the remuneration of the guy at the top to be a maximum of 10 times that of the guy at the bottom."

"Working with many different clients and offers in a variety of industries."

"Dont interview. It is not worth your reputation or career to work for a company whose CEO is in the criminal courts on trial for fraud."
What don't you like about working at Livemercial?
"The CEO coming in drunk, vendors not being paid when funds are being paid on jetfuel and lavish lifestyles. Constantly getting calls from vendors looking for money for past services rendered. Not knowing what to tell the clients when they ask about the client fraud."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sadly, most of the management left the company over the past year. A suggestion to the CEO is to be honest to the clients and vendors and sell the company to someone ethical that can turn it around."
