"There were some talented people in the trenches; loved it when Joachim Splichal would come down to work - like being in the military, if you're doing your job, he's fine with you, if not, he'll tear you a new one, deservedly."

"Get rid of the American corporate model - American corporate managers for the most part don't know how to do anything other than explain problems away in meetings - just like Mulally found at Ford."

"The benefits are great. My Supervisors appreciate me. The salary is good. The food is great. I love my staff, and my staff respects & trusts me."

"Advancement in the company is company due to overstaffed a management. Other than that, there isn't anything I don't like about my current job."

"Know your job, seek knowledge, have fun, keep the staff productive, coach the staff with integrity, and how the staff respect. Your numbers will fall in place if you do these things and pay attention to your business with common sense."

"Fast Paced, loved working with my Supervisor Brenda. She made it fun. I liked that there were only 2 of us. It was a different experience because Brenda and I always had to look to each other for approval and ideas."

"Sometimes, having a third manager would have been nice for those days we needed to adjust for personal reasons."

"Multi-task, deligate multi-tasking duties to the staff, and have a plan before you arrive. Most importantly, treat your staff with respect."

"Ask a lot of questions in respect to where the company is going with the Carlyle Group in charge."
