"The main issue I've seen in the company is the lack of communication from the CEO to the Management team. There is a lack of leadership among the managers. The changes are last minute changes that usually revert to what we had first started 6 months previous. The managers do not have the proper skills to manage or communicate efficiently or effectively. When bringing up simple mainstream leadership books, most have never even heard of them. The compensation is low compared to Seattle."
