"Mallinckrodt is a great company but a little too much micro-managing going on and not enough company togetherness. Mallinckrodt has a wide range of activities that employees can be a part of but many of the management staff have not reached that point of allowing employees to attend many of those team building activities due to their micro-managing and controlling ways. Hopefully they will change it and new management change will bring those wonderful qualities."
