However, my coworkers are amazing, and my boss is a huge supporter of professional development and cross-training staff. It's a great learning environment. Additionally, the mission of the nonprofit is very close to my heart; what we do for folks is phenomenal."

"The extensive database that creates opportunity to move donors from middle level to major level gifts and the incredible support to cultivate and service major donors matching their interests with an abundant inventory of opportunities to give and an excellent experience for the donor in relating with their focus."

"Be straightforward in what you can and cannot do and let them ask you the questions speaking less and asking more."

"Sometimes there are high expectations for a very depressed market that creates almost unattainable goals to employees' performance."
