"Working with the rest of the maintenance department due to the focus on getting repairs done quickly with a high sense of urgency."

"Please be sure to understand the safety factor in the organization."
What don't you like about working at Bates Container?
"Safety measures are severely lacking. It wasn't until a team member was severely injured that the company decided to correct some of the issues to avoid OSHA fines. I prefer to work for a proactive company."

"Provide better training for your supervisors. Team members need to feel appreciated so that they feel loyal and are more productive."

"my boss and the crew I worked with they cared how the job looked and if was done to a high standard"

"the fact that I was out sourced and they had just spent 5million on renovations on the building I worked for left a bitter taste"

"Lots of good people. Useful product. The company had a desire to both improve and be as safe as possible."

"No one is going to interview with Guardian at Fullerton. This division was shut down in 2007."

"Excessive heat and noise were the problems at this facility."

"I think that the company was going in the right direction. It needed more time."

"Run away quickly.... and be very, very afraid. Took my own advice actually."

"The revolving door on it's workforce. 600 employees left or were terminated in the prior year. I personally saw 36 workers quit in one night."

"Nothing that could possibly make any difference to them, so why waste words."

"not much supervision small have a little more freedom than bigger plants I worked in"

"Apply elsewhere! You won't get a pension here, and most of your supervisors earned their jobs the wrong way."

"My supervisor was a senior welder....I am an Electrician....trying to explain the pros and cons,of a task...sometimes were contrary."

"Management, should check with field personel.Sometimes...and so should Engineering...We do have a clue !!"
