"Owners are not in touch directly with the people at the bottom. Many there feel like just a number."

"I liked the machines the most.They had some good technology"

"good job if it's not at their Lima facility. Their Georgia Facility was nice."

"the culture that management induced on the plant floor was not great."

"That particular facility needs new management. Until they get they under control,this facility won't be profitable."

".It a weird one, put new chairs in the office. The chairs are from the 70s and are uncomfortable."

"The company is having layoffs every 3 to 6 months."

"That things really need changing, management does not listen to workforce."
