"It is true that our highest priority is Safety. It is a commitment."

"Declining market has brought with it a culture of mediocraty. Too many happenings are simply let slide. Not much motivation to improve. We just seem to be treading water."

"To start managing, come out of the office and make observations, ask questions....the ship is sinking and management is going down with it."

"The fact of the small company not being able to offer the growth I was looking for."

"Look at sides of a situation before passing judgement. with the small staff that you have passing blame on projects that are not completed in a certain timeframe is hard when the timeframe is not conveyed, and when working on projects lay out the whole project not just pieces. this will save unneeded questions and misunderstandings"

"it was a great transition job from the military lifestyle. It was maintaining euipment on a much larger scale than what I had done in the past. It was honeing my skills on Hyd, Pneu and electrical systems"

"Be aware of what you are getting into. There is a younger workforce without a braod range of experience."

"Lack of a set schedule, lack of parts and tools to accomplish scheduled jobs."

"Get more involved with the people who actually do the jobs. Let them know what needs to happen and listen to their inputs on other ways to make it happen"
