"It was challenging, and educated me for the future."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Last two years worked 12 hours a day every day. I wasn't able to balance my professional and personnel life. Also sub out there engineering to PICO, which had a 18 month turnaround on new model cars."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay positive and move forward."
