Wherever I go I find the red tape, making getting ideas put into action a daunting challenge. Some of the best ideas come from the lowest level but are seldom heard or implemented."

"they offer flexable scheduling and it is close to my home for conviance in availaability."

"yes, I would inform them that they should apply higher up in the beginning for they seldom promote from within."
What don't you like about working at Hess?
"no growth opportunities in this area and they do not usually apply from within to current employees for advanced positions."

"I believe the management needs to be communicative to those they are managing for better operation."
