  "It's a hard labor job if you're a male; female maintenance associates get a free pass on doing most physical job tasks. Love the positive feedback from some of the hourly associates that respect the hard work I do, on rare occasions some customers will give you a compliment for doing hard work. Very little positive anything from management though. Hate being paid less than the AP Greeters that basically do nothing, just stand at the front of the store checking receipts. Hate the pathetic 2% annual raises that all hourly associates company wide receive every February, it doesn't matter how good a job you do, lazy people get the same pay increase as hard workers. Hate not being appreciated for making the store extra revenue through the cardboard ($200) & plastic ($400) bales that I make."
