Submit a Review"It's a hard labor job if you're a male; female maintenance associates get a free pass on doing most physical job tasks. Love the positive feedback from some of the hourly associates that respect the hard work I do, on rare occasions some customers will give you a compliment for doing hard work. Very little positive anything from management though. Hate being paid less than the AP Greeters that basically do nothing, just stand at the front of the store checking receipts. Hate the pathetic 2% annual raises that all hourly associates company wide receive every February, it doesn't matter how good a job you do, lazy people get the same pay increase as hard workers. Hate not being appreciated for making the store extra revenue through the cardboard ($200) & plastic ($400) bales that I make."

"I don't have to sit all day. There are many people to converse with throughout the day"

"leave the interview and find another job because this one is terrible"
What don't you like about working at Walmart?
"some higher ups do micromanage too much. managers are either uncaring over unapproachable. people tend to be in the way and don't consider others"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would try to make myself more approachable for associates. I'd make sure that everyone has enough time to finish the tasks given them, and if they don't provide them with help"
