Submit a Review"They kept changing the name of the work place. No name on the front of the building made it very hard to find. I was told it was apart of Bank of America but after working in the company I do not believe that to be true."
What do you like about working at Florida State University?
"I enjoyed working with my co-workers and my boss valued my input and recognized my leadership qualities. I wasn't stuck at my desk all day and each day was different."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't think anyone is really your friend. Everyone is in it for themselves and they will throw you under the bus anytime the need calls for it."
What don't you like about working at Florida State University?
"People not a part of my section taking the work we did for granted. Telling our supervisor we didn't do any work and all we did was talk. Being reprimanded for things we didn't do and department heads taking the word of a liar."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Every employee would be on equal footing. In office disputes I wouldn't take the side of one employee just because they're full-time."

"I don't really have any advice for people applying at THQ. They are currently in a hiring freeze due to downsizing."

"I was never given the opportunity to move up within the company that I was told I would have when I was hired."

"The CEO and board of directors needs to change their paradigm and put a greater focus on the product and the employees."

"Hypocrisy. The experience was filled with details that make me cringe to this day."
