"Please confirm you job position, responsibilities and options along with fail safe's before you commit. Horror stories abound of people being sent to international locations, made to move with their entire families and then asked to come back a week later."

What don't you like about working at Mahindra?

"Corporate rules are not followed in real time, only on paper.Opportunities are not widely advertised but available only for a short duration and with little clarity as to the Position's responsibilities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Getting rid of the Middle-heavy management.Hiring managers who understand the dynamics of the organisation.Reducing non-billable resources to a healthy bench-strength.Completion and review of projects should be closely monitored.More coordination between verticals.Mutual respect for differing view points especially in places like Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad where the Managers are unfortunately narrow minded and dogmatic."

"Satyam Learning World improved initiatives, with balanced people and process centric. Need to see how new management can continue to built the confidence, may be with regular third party assessment reviews to get the feedback about different levels of management roles. This could help for timely corrective and preventive actions during these current challenging times."

"It is good to work with Satyam however because of the current conditions in general a little more be cautious for a while."

"December 2008 - July 2009 developments created lot of challenges to the organization It could be easy to comment however it is too hard to understand the situation. One thought could be that thee new management may have tried by changing the selling concepts to address immediate needs in order to retain the talent even at the breakeven costs temporarily so that associates continue to focus and further improve customer expectations without any 2nd thoughts."

"Selling concepts may like be changed based on market conditions and current strengths of the organization temporarily in order to retain the talent. Every associates contributions are important for the organization. Continue to rebuild the confidence that this is the place to work without directing to the exit door. That is how we may try to improve the health of the organization."
