"Magellan is an absolutely great place to work for home/work life balance. Since everyone loves it, advancement opportunities are few and far between. Being a larger company, they also are prone to being tied to some older technologies and getting new ones is very difficult."

"An educated staff can only improve business across the board. Don't stifle education. The associate may not need the information to perform their job, however, knowing the reason behind certain actions or processes improves understanding as a whole. Knowledge is never a bad thing."
