4.4I have worked here for 3 years and have not experienced any issues. I have worked on 3 different projects and found everyone to be supportive and helpful. Their technical screen needs to be better as there are some people hired who really are not consultants - they may be technically excellent but, they do not know how to behave as a consultant. They tend to not last long or their projects do not get extended by the client. I like that the leadership team are accountable to everyone and open to hearing feedback.
3.1I will not recommend this company to work or to hire. They have grown too fast and do not have the infrastructure (policies, procedures or personnel) to support the new staff. This has created an environment of distrust especially in regards to handling compliance issues with integrity. They claim to have 300+ positions to fill but when asked for details or going to the website there are none. Only a handful of people have gotten a 2nd assignment and those are only in Indiana.
2.6They will bring you in convincing you that you are an employee. Consultants came and went so fast they would start in the morning and be gone by the end of the day. The company says they are there for the consultants, then they don't answer phone calls or emails if you need to talk to them. You have to call over and over. The weirdest thing is that they seem to send emails about consultants that should be private. The computers were ok but the working conditions were pretty low.
