"Starting in Madcap is a great idea but I wouldn't get too comfortable. There isn't much room for growth and depending on the team/position you are in, there aren't many perk to working here. The 'team' aspect is close to non-existent. It is great to get a foot in the door but the overall work atmosphere could use much improvement."
