4.8I have truly enjoyed working for Mountain America CU. Honestly, if they were hiring data scientists I would stay, but they aren't hiring for that position. I've had the privilege to know a good portion of the management team, and I can say they want the best for their members and employees. I've never met more altruistic people. Granted, I haven't work in every department, but every manager I have worked for has been understanding and wanted the best for me. The company encourages education, a good work/life balance, and good mental/physical health. They allow their employees to shadow other departments to see if they would be interested in working in those fields. If you are a mature and honest person, you will not regret working for Mountain America CU.
3.4I have worked for Mountain America since July 8th of 2013. In my seven years I started as a part-time teller and moved up to a branch manager which is where I have been the last three years in Saint George. I've enjoyed my time with the company and I love my staff and my members. I'm looking for something that can help me recognize a higher earning potential and is more specialized so I can use my expertise I acquired in the financial industry as a coach and a leader to continue to help others grow and learn and become their best selves.
3.4I felt the company I worked for had taught me to always achieve my goals. I appreciate the time and need that my management worked with me. Mountain America helped me learn that it’s not just about sales it’s about the people we work with and help.
