"I greatly enjoy the team that I work with at Macro Solutions. The founders are excellent managers and have a clear, concise vision of where they want their company to go. Being a part of that for the past 4+ years has been a wonderful experience."

"I would like to expand my responsibilities beyond my current levels, but that doesn't seem to be an option."

"I would advise the management team to delegate more of the upper management roles to some of the team."

"The company is small and does not seem to have any corporate vision."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When hiring individuals who have not consulted in the past make sure they know and understand their consulting (employment) is contingent on their ability to remain billable. If the contract is terminated so is their employment."
