"I worked for Macro Technologies LLC for 24 years. Macro is a company providing products for the medical and gas industries which employed more than 100 employees. I was responsible for the day to day operations including machining assembly, welding, deburring and shipping/receiving. I also interfaced with our engineering and sales department. I was responsible for new product testing and analysis including evaluation and writing reports. Unfortunately Macro was bought by ECI of Elon, NC, and they moved all operations to NC, which resulted in layoffs for all personnel."
