"As of 2013, MSI appears to be quickly going out of business. Many years of mismanagement, inattention to customer/industry requirements, poor quality, and nepotism have resulted in an exodus of customers from the company. When I was employed there, I was never granted any requests for training, software, promotions, or raises. I noticed that certain people would get whatever resources (and promotions) they wanted, while others were never considered to be true members of the group."
