"To be honest with you there was nothing socially, economically, or professionally redeeming or beneficial for working for Chatleff Controls at any point while I was working there. It was a soul sucking position and the management there was disrespectful and there were no opportunities for career advancement at anytime. It was and continues to be a sweatshop."

"As I stated above do not work for this company. They will use you and lay you off after they make tons of money from your laborious efforts. Look elsewhere."

"It was a friendly work environment. At the time, the operated a 1st and 2nd shift where all workers workers would switch places weekly so no one was stuck working the same shift all the time"

"Aggressive Grinding is a small job shop that does high quality work in the precision grinding of carbide, ceramic, steel, and exotic metals"
What do you like about working at Aggressive Grinding Service?
"It is a family owned business that is managed by the owners who understand how to treat the common worker. Their manufacturing process is very impressive. I learned a lot working there. The people were very friendly."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They prefer machine operators that have little or no experience. Their process is simple but different that the process approach taken by the typical machine/grinding shop. Operators with previous experience tend to bring bad habits with them. The operator jobs are simple enough to learn that the average candidate with a technical background or mindset can handle the tasks with little training. They are very organized and enjoy pushing the envelope of the equipment to boost productivity and create a product superior to the competition."
