"Observe your employees' performance instead of grading them on who sells themselves the best. Be proactive."

"Friendly staff, good location, ok benefits, average(low) salary,good pacing job, adequate job enviroment and resources."

"Get a job contract."
What don't you like about working at General Packaging?
"No job security at all. I've seen at least 5 people leave GPEC while working there, and if you check the drawing files you'll see a LOT of different names of people that worked there."

"Being more loyal with their employees. A good human resource should be treasured and not waisted."
