"I started working for Stanton Optical in January, 2013 as their SEO Copywriter. Promoted to Content Manager in September, 2013 but at same salary. Promises of monthly bonus have yet to materialize.Owner/CEO is young and highly motivated. Opening many new stores each year - 12+. Company is growing very rapidly which leads to a high turnover rate and a bit of confusion. Lack of communication - no official policies in place - customer service department can't keep up with the complaints."
