"A small Iowa company owned by its employees was a really great way to start my career. The company is a good size with under 300 employees total and it was easy to make friends with your coworkers. Management was sometimes difficult to convince to enact changes due to the cautious people in the company. Many people have been there for several years, including my boss who has been there for over 40 years. It has great benefits and has been around for 100 years so they will more than likely be there for 100 more. These guys really know what they are doing and make high-quality tools."
