What do you like about working at The M Resort?

"The M Resort is a Forbes 4 Star Property. Everyone I worked with and for was an A type personality. Being part of a fast paced poker room requires an acute sense of team coordination. You must also be confident and efficient while providing 4 star customer service while running your game."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself. If you fit, then they will hire you. Don't underestimate the interview process though. Come well prepared. Those are the candidates who are well rewarded"

What don't you like about working at The M Resort?

"I've always had an entrepreneurial outlook, and you can only go so far being a dealer. I liked the experience, but there was limited room to grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Poker, like trading, is an ever changing animal. Those who adapt quickly to current conditions and are ahead of the technological curve are the ones who survive. Implementing new and innovative ways to present live poker to players and guests is what will sustain a room over time."
