"Very unorganized company that constantly is laying people off (Deleware location due to poor work quality lost all of their government contracts). The CNC Supervisor when I was there may have been more lazy then most of the employees and the HR Department was a complete joke."

"The management in this company is a revolving door, if your looking for a serious management job with growth potential avoid M Cubed Technologies at all costs!"

"People are very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to work with. Product line and work is interesting and diverse, many custom applications.Very receptive to new ideas and encourage implementing ideas."

"M Cubed Technologies is a very good company to work for. Interviews are professional and requires preparation before hand by candidates. Interview personnel are very knowledgeable and courteous."

"In the past, some levels of management were not effective or progressive in their thinking. This is changing for the better."

"Would suggest that new hires or re-hired personnel be retained as to allow the torch to be passed along as the current workforce ages.Customer base should be reviewed and be renewed amid changing economic conditions."
