"My main concern when working here became trying to figure out how to fit the mold of the clicke. I loved the work there. It was challenging and there were a variety of unique challenges to diversify my experience and interests. I suppose I didn’t have enough in common with my co-workers ultimately. Things went down hill and didn’t come back up. When your co-workers don’t like you, you’ll find your opportunities stunted real quick. It all depends on the unit and group you end up with."

"I have worked for this ever evolving company for many years and I am starting to get tired of the transitions into companies buying us out. New contacts, New attitudes, New Ideas that fail until individuals realize they made a mistake by coming in and getting rid of talent/experience/knowledge because they are too proud to let their mother company know "maybe we should just leave them alone and monitor". My experience in industries is the take over is so fast that no one ever stops and observes how things are done before making changes. My analytical mind does not allow me to accept this flaw and would like to grow in a different company, one who focuses on family/employees and development of education."

"Shift work. No room to advance within the company. Management doesn't listen to its employees."

"considering this is a global company, there is a lack of trust in the people not working within the confines of the coporate head quarters. Managers and leaders tend to micro manage individuals."

"rethink your current position around lack of trust of your legacy employeees and stop bringing in external consultants."
